How to make Brownie

Learn how to make Brownie. As we all know brownies are loved by every one. Here it's a home made recipe for delicious egg less brownie.




preparation time - 10 minutes

Cooking time - 45 minutes

Ingredients to make Brownie:

90 grams refined flour
1/2 tea spoon baking soda
1/4 tea spoon cooking soda
60 gram fresh full fat cream
2 table spoon brown sugar
2 table spoon sugar
125 gram melted dark chocolate
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup walnuts
oil or butter for greasing cake tin


To serve with:


Chocolate sauce
Vanilla ice cream


Method to make Brownie:
  • first of all sift refined flour,baking soda and cooking soda together for 2 to 3 times. Keep a side.
  • In a big mixing bowl mix cream and both sugar. mix well.
  • Add melted chocolate and mix properly.
  • Now ad sifted flour to it and mix properly.
  • Add milk and make make thick batter.
  • Add 1/2 cup walnut in it.
  • Pour the mixture in a greased cake tin. Spread remaining walnuts over the brownie batter.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180`c temperature in a preheated oven.
  • Hot and chocolaty brownie is ready to serve. Let it cool at room temperature and serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Ingredients to make Chocolate Sauce:

1/2 cup milk
50 gram grated dark chocolate

Method to make Chocolate sauce:
  • Mix both ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cook in microwave till chocolate melts properly.
Tips:
  • Place a butter paper over greased cake tin so that it will be easy to un mold cake.
  • Timing may vary from oven to oven.
