How to Make Layered Choco Pie

Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Now it's time for the festive season. Means time for celebration. Again a very easy and delicious chocolaty recipe is here for you during this festive season. Layered Choco pie is very much delicious and healthy recipe, as I tried to minimum fat in this sweet. Above all, I used multigrain cookies to add more health. So, try this attractive Layered Choco Pie during this festival or as a healthy lunch box sweet for your kid.





Preparation time -10 to 15 minutes
Cooking time - nil
Makes - 2 servings

Ingredients to make Layered Choco Pie:

8 multigrain cookies
2 cups chocolate dough
2 tablespoon coffee powder
1/4 cup luck warm water




For chocolate dough:

2 1/2 cup crushed sweet cookies
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tea coffee powder
2 to 3 tablespoon cream 
Milk as needed

For garnishing:

Chocolate truffle
Sugar decorations

Method to make Layered Chocolate Pie:

For Chocolate dough:


  • In a big bowl mix crushed cookies, coffee powder, cream and cocoa powder.
  • Mix well and make semi-soft dough with milk.
  • Add coffee powder in lukewarm water and mix well.


How to assemble Layered Choco Pie:


  • First of all, make a small ball from the chocolate dough and make it flat.
  • Place it on a plate, now dip a multi-grain cookie in coffee syrup.
  • Place it over a chocolate flat roll. Again place chocolate roll over it. Repeat the same process with cookie and dough.
  • Make sure that first and last layer should be of chocolate dough.
  • Now cover whole pie with chocolate dough from sides also. 
  • Garnish with truffle or sugar decoration.
  • Keep in refrigerator for minimum one hour.
  • Cut and serve Layered Choco Pie as the dessert.
