How to Make Mexican Takos

Recipe by Naiya Sheth: As we all know takos is a very well known Mexican recipe. Officially in their language takos means stomach filling snack. And here we made it with yellow corn flour and refined flour. But here in this home made recipe I tried to make tako shells with typical Indian method. And they came out very nicely. I added kasuri methi in it for better taste. And in stuffing I tried to add more and more vegetables and beans. So enjoy cooking Mexican takos this summer.

How to Make Kokam Sharbat

Recipe by Naiya Sheth. Hot hot summer is back again. To enjoy this summer I have a chilled and refreshing recipe of Kokam Sharbat. Actually we use kokam in gujaati dal and sometimes in kadhi also. But now it's time for Kokam Sharbat. Actually kokam is dark puple to black in colour with curdle edges. They are sticky by nature and releases sour taste while boiling. To get the best result I did not add any artificial colour. So enjoy cooking and drinking Kokam Sharbat.

It is served as breakfast there. But Here I tried to make it healthier by adding boiled vegetables and cashew powder as well as cashew pieces. So, try this quick and delicious semolina and vermicelli idli with all time favourite tomato chutney.
